oh, hello dear

.01. harper guarding the door while travis was vacuuming (he is not a fan).

.05. spending an entire day with my sister had its ups and downs.

this was my work buddy today.
our office is experiencing some construction
i.e. they are breaking up the parking lot behind our office, oy.
so i worked from home today.
harper was so excited for me to be home — he wanted to go for a walk every fifteen minutes.

this week is a busy one.  there’s…
work, work and more work.
finding that balance between work and life {yes, still trying}
attempting to cook real meals instead of having cereal for dinner {which i am definitely having tonight, dangit}
my sister’s 18th birthday on friday !! {travis and i are heading to houston after work on friday, i’m so excited}

this week is going to be a marvelous one! {being more positive every day was on my list of goals for the year, i’m succeeding already! ;)}

I think I’m finally starting to find that balance between work life and life life.
I knew I’d get there. I just need to keep reminding myself that there are many aspects in my life, and not just one defines me. Together they create a definition for me.

things have been a little crazy around these parts.
with moving, and now starting a new full time job,
i haven’t had much time for other things.

but i love my new job.
and will very soon find a balance between work
and my personal/social/everything else life.
just hang tight.
