oh, hello dear

this summer, i’m looking forward to
my cousin’s new baby wyatt making his debut in the next week
we’re going on a family trip!…not sure where yet but somewhere with lots of sand, water and sun
another trip to seattle — this time we’re going to take day trips to both portland and vancouver
the river
weenie dog play dates
reading for pleasure
sno cones
exploring austin while eating said sno cones
trying out all the tasty food trailers around the city
trips home to spend time with family and friends
cute florals
sandals
fajitas.

i don’t know why i said fajitas, they just sound really good right now.

oh, and i’m officially finished with school for the semester…heck YES.  going into this semester, with everything that had happened, i didn’t know if i could make it.  but i did make it, and now i feel like i can breathe a little easier.

i’m heading back to houston tomorrow to spend the week with my sister, then i honestly don’t even know what i’m doing.  i have a few potential job prospects bouncing around, so i’m just playing it by ear.  all i know is that next week is going to consist of swimming, lots of puppy walks, catching up on sleep and eating fruit.  eating fruit because that’s my new thing, apparently.
