a little under the weather

i’ve been a little under the weather the past few days..
don’t you hate not being able to properly breathe?
i’ve had this image from we heart it on my desktop all week
it makes me smile.
so i thought i’d share it on le blog
we’re headed back to Houston today to see my cousin’s new baby wyatt!
just from the few pictures i’ve seen i can already tell he’s a cutie
i’m sure i’ll have lots of adorable baby pictures to share

memorial day

happy memorial day everyone!
i hope everybody had a wonderful time spending the {hot} day with friends and family.
we had a great weekend. although, i’ve unfortunately come down with some sort of bug
and am feeling a bit under the weather.

no worries though, i’m expecting to be back in fighting form in no time

{remember}

i think if you always remember this, you will give people more of yourself than you ever realize.

a sick little pup

Harper picked up a respiratory tract infection from his buddy Leila. While it does break my heart to hear him cough and wheeze, it’s also pretty hilarious when he is loopy from the hydrocodone cough medicine the vet prescribed him. He is a limp drowsy noodle when he’s on “the juice” as we call it.
