oh, hello dear

happy memorial day everyone!
i hope everybody had a wonderful time spending the {hot} day with friends and family.
we had a great weekend. although, i’ve unfortunately come down with some sort of bug
and am feeling a bit under the weather.

no worries though, i’m expecting to be back in fighting form in no time

i think if you always remember this, you will give people more of yourself than you ever realize.

this summer, i’m looking forward to
my cousin’s new baby wyatt making his debut in the next week
we’re going on a family trip!…not sure where yet but somewhere with lots of sand, water and sun
another trip to seattle — this time we’re going to take day trips to both portland and vancouver
the river
weenie dog play dates
reading for pleasure
sno cones
exploring austin while eating said sno cones
trying out all the tasty food trailers around the city
trips home to spend time with family and friends
cute florals
sandals
fajitas.

i don’t know why i said fajitas, they just sound really good right now.
