oh, hello dear

If you happen to be in good ole’ San Marcos, Texas this Saturday, you should def check out MR. Fest. It is an all day music festival located on the square in downtown SM. It starts at 11 a.m. and goes until 1 a.m. Sunday. My kick ass friend and future roommate Mairin is coordinating and promoting the fest. Basically, she is the man in charge. Except she is a woman. Judging by the amount of work she has put in, this is going to be an awesome event. Check out Mair’s blog for more information.

i’m trying to get some work finished today because i’m heading to the Buda Wiener Races tomorrow!
i’m going with Mair, and i’m pretty sure we’re going to come back even more obsessed with wienie dogs.

My best friend’s cousin’s 5 month old baby was found this morning purple and not breathing. The doctors said he has definite brain damage and they don’t know if he is going to survive. They’re thinking it is SIDS.

Whether you’re religious or not, please keep them in your thoughts.
It’s easy to forget how precious life is, something like this really puts it in to perspective.
